11. अंतिम परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण प्रमाण पत्र [प्रथम वर्ष के मामले में अंतिम डिग्री प्रमाण पत्र और लगातार वर्षों के मामले में (द्वितीय, तीसरा, चौथा वर्ष आदि। अंतिम डिग्री उत्तीर्ण प्रमाण पत्र और पाठ्यक्रम परीक्षा उत्तीर्ण अंकपत्र।
